Your Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 5 business days after receiving the product, as per the Consumer Protection Act. This gives you time to decide if the Aqua Ozone device meets your needs.

Hygienic Product Restrictions

Because Aqua Ozone machines are hygienic products, we cannot accept returns if the product seal has been broken or if the device has been opened and used. This policy protects your health and safety.

Restocking and Condition of Returns

If you cancel within the allowed timeframe, we may deduct costs needed to restore the product to a resalable condition. This includes replacing parts such as the therapeutic mat, cushion, tubing, or aromatherapy oils.

Please check your Aqua Ozone delivery carefully before opening to avoid any issues with your purchase.
